POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • A bachelor’s degree and educational coursework completed in the areas of applied behavior analysis, marriage and family therapy, child development, special education, psychology, or related field
  • BCaBA certification, QASP-S, or similar
  • Demonstrated understanding of ABA principles and behavioral intervention practices
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the administration of functional behavior assessments and skill-based evaluations
  • Help develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Provide direct oversight, coaching, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians
  • Monitor and summarize client progress through accurate data collection and analysis
  • Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the supervising clinician
  • Attend team meetings and collaborate with external providers as needed
  • Maintain organized and timely documentation from intake through discharge
  • Apply a variety of ABA techniques, including DTT, NET, PECS, and naturalistic teaching strategies
