mindyourmind is an award winning and internationally recognized mental health engagement program, working towards better mental health outcomes for youth and young adults between the ages of 14-29. mindyourmind is a program of ConnexOntario Health Services Information with core funding provided by the Ontario Ministry of Health. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate adaptability and a commitment to working collaboratively to advance the organization’s success.
To join our winning team, we are looking for a Program Coordinator for an immediate hire in a Full-Time Contract for 35 hours per week until September 2025 (with possibility for extension).

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic advocate for youth and mental health and addictions who enjoys working with like-minded individuals. They must possess excellent interpersonal skills, able to be flexible and adapt to different dynamics, working within a small team in a fast-paced environment. They will be able to think “outside the box” and be creative in their work.
The Program Coordinator is responsible for leading the development, delivery, promotion, and continuous improvement of the Be Safe App and related youth mental health engagement programs. This includes coordinating partnerships, managing marketing and social media strategies, facilitating presentations and design labs, and ensuring all activities align with mindyourmind’s mission to support and empower youth.
The individual will possess excellent communication, group facilitation and presentation skills and will be expected to facilitate presentations and maintain ongoing relationships with community stakeholders. A strong understanding of social media engagement and marketing will be an asset. This position will include content development for mindyourmind.ca and other mindyourmind websites and channels as required.
