Are you passionate about helping individuals and families move from homelessness to housing stability? The Council for the Homeless (CFTH) is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Program Coordinator to welcome visitors, answer housing inquiries, and connect people to vital resources through our Housing Solutions Center (HSC)-our community’s one-stop access point for over 40 housing assistance programs.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL SUPPORT OUR MISSION AS YOU:

  • Greet and assist visitors and callers with professionalism and empathy.
  • Conduct housing assessments in-person and over the phone.
  • Answer and support the Housing Hotline.
  • Coordinate lobby operations, appointments, and office needs.
  • Provide de-escalation and crisis intervention when needed.
  • Support program staff, interns, and volunteers with training and resources.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Self-identified lived experience with homelessness.
  • Trainings/Certifications applicable to the position.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in social work, human services or related field.
  • Bi or Multi-lingual and/or Cultural.
  • Identify as a member of a population(s) disproportionately affected by homelessness.
  • Knowledge of Clark County resources and agencies is available to those experiencing homelessness.
