REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in coordinating administrative functions in a fast paced, quick changing, or customer service oriented environment or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
    -Excellent Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

OTHER KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Self-starter a must and the ability to engage appropriate resources and work independently
  • Ability to appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion
  • Attention to detail and ensuring accuracy in all communications both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced high volume environment while using sound judgment to make accurate, efficient decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and follow through skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to act professionally with candidates, other departments and outside contacts
  • Flexibility and ability remain calm when under pressure

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Human Resources related experience preferred
  • Oracle experience preferred
  • Previous experience with applicant tracking systems helpful
Responsibilities

Coordinate RSC Talent Acquisition process:

  • Schedule interviews (phone, video conference, in-person) for external and internal candidates; arranging travel, hotel, and transportation if applicable, communicating itinerary with candidate, interview team and outside staffing agencies (if applicable) in a timely manner
  • Cultivate professional working relationships with hiring leaders, executive administrators, and third party staffing agencies
  • Work with Darden’s applicant tracking system and Outlook for scheduling and updating applicant files
  • Monitor and coordinate logistics of candidates throughout their interview day; adjusting for changes in schedule as needed, managing and/or adjusting travel and transportation while providing attentive service to both the candidate and the interview panel
  • Assist recruiters with candidate requests, such as booking candidate home searches and/or relocation trips
  • Manage the invoicing process weekly via Oracle & iBuy to include: creating new accounts, verifying and inputting invoices, requesting checks, researching payments, etc.
  • Process candidate expense reports in a timely manner
  • Track, allocate, and reconcile candidate travel expense related to the interview process, candidate home search trips and relocation trips. Work with Travel Company to resolve issues. Track hotel stays for invoicing and airline credits and adjustments.
  • Proactively and professionally handle all levels of calls and inquiries regarding talent acquisition processes and resolve routine issues
  • Maintain prepared supply of collateral affiliated with the recruitment process. Track inventory levels of available collateral, ordering additional supplies when necessary
  • Support any ad hoc requests affiliated with the recruitment process

Specific project/program coordination:

-Manage the processing of referrals and verification for Darden’s Refer-A-Friend Program
