SUMMARY
This position will plan, coordinate and administer activities for Dr. Kim Lyerly, Dr. Zachary Hartman, Dr. Joshua Snyder, Dr. Erika Crosby. This will help support the complex DOD TBCC grant, that requires financial management of pilot funding going to other institutions from the parent grant. This position will also provide overall administrative support to the faculty program activities, communications, events, and day to day operations to include calendaring, P-card and expense management. This position will provide onsite support and back up for Divisional needs
SUMMARY

Work requires one year of experience in program administration or involving academic, instructional or counseling activities to acquire skills necessary to plan, coordinate and implement a variety of program activities and events. Responsibilities:
DUTIES
Plan, coordinate and administer activities within the Center for Applied Therapeutics. Provide overall administrative coordination for Drs. Lyerly, Crosby, Hartman and Snyder’s laboratories. Manage laboratories and Center meetings including preparing and coordinating meeting documents and materials, including agendas, handouts slides, taking meeting minutes and distributing appropriately.
Arrange, schedule, and prepare for internal and external collaborator meetings for Drs. Lyerly, Crosby, Hartman and Snyder’s laboratories as well as arrange and schedule travel itineraries. etc. for visiting faculty, collaborators. and guest speakers. Scheduling and setting up virtual meetings when in person travel is not appropriate.
Provide local support and maintain liaison with Department of Surgery Research Administration and Research Development team for grant submissions, collecting and maintaining documents such as CVs. Biosketches, letters of support, trainee documentation, etc. for faculty grant submissions.
Manage and coordinate all aspects of events including the preparation and monitoring of event budgets. Work collaborative with other to ensure consistency of overall center and program goals.
Maintain liaison with internal and external departments, affiliates groups, faculty and programs to coordinate Center and laboratory business and to accomplish program goals and objectives of the center and laboratories.
Manage P-cards, lab expenses. Verify and reconcile expenditure of budgeted funds to ensure compliance and sustainability.
Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
