PathPoint is seeking a full-time, bilingual, Spanish speaking Program Coordinator to lead our Coordinated Family Supports (CFS) services throughout the Santa Maria and San Luis Obispo area. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with a passion for advocating for individuals’ rights and improving their quality of life.
About PathPoint: PathPoint is a nonprofit dedicated to helping people flourish. We partner with children, adults, and families to foster hope, build life skills, access support systems, and form meaningful relationships. We serve communities across Kern, Los Angeles, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00am-7:00pm, 40 hours per week. Flexible schedule, evening and weekend availability is needed.
Compensation: This is an hourly position starting at $26.50 per hour. The pay range for this position is $22.59-$33.88. The pay range is subject to change based on a variety of factors.
The Impact you’ll Make: In this role, you will oversee daily operations of Coordinated Family Supports (CFS), ensuring high-quality services and adherence to policies. You will supervise staff, develop work schedules, and manage service documentation like billing and timesheets. The Coordinator provides guidance to Family Support Specialists (FSS), helps create proactive support plans for families, and trains staff on relevant service systems. You will advocate for individuals’ rights, conduct assessments, and assist in developing Individual Service Plans (ISP) and Person-Centered Plans (PCP). This role involves acting as a liaison with agencies, leading outreach activities, and stepping in as an FSS when needed. Additionally, the Coordinator facilitates staff meetings and participates in leadership and quality improvement initiatives.
