We are seeking a highly skilled and resilient Live-In Program Coordinator to provide dedicated, long-term support to a 22-year-old female client with anxiety, OCD, Tourette’s, and attention deficit disorders. This role requires strong leadership, crisis management abilities, and expertise in behavioral intervention to effectively support an individual with complex, challenging, and aggressive behaviors. The ideal candidate will be a confident, compassionate professional with excellent management skills, capable of fostering independence and life skills in a structured residential setting.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and significant behavioral challenges, including aggressive behaviors, anxiety, OCD, Tourette’s, and ADHD.
• Proven experience in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques is a strong asset.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

• Certification in Support Work or Youth Care Work (preferred but not mandatory).
• Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• First Aid and CPR certification (required).
• On-the-job training will be provided.
