Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Under the direction of the Project Manager and following the SOP’s and Work Instructions, process study images: including image receipt, confirmation of completeness of submission , quality checks, confirmation of absence of PHI, assignment of image grading and transfer of expedited study reports.
  • Resolve and discrepant or missing information on study communications.
  • Send study materials and certification materials to national and international study sites.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry in tracking logs.
  • Develop forms/spread-sheet, proof, edit and create correspondence
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Scheduling, calendar maintenance, monitor phones
  • Provide administrative support as needed to Project Managers and Directors

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.
  • For specific duties and responsibilities, refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation.
  • Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
