InAlliance, a nonprofit that provides support to adults with developmental disabilities, is looking for an experienced and motivated Program Coordinator (PC) to be the key agent in education and engaging the Community Training Program (CTP) with the community at-large. Summary: The Community Training Program (CTP) Program Coordinator emphasizes staff growth by providing training and mentorship, fostering a skilled and confident team while continuously improving program effectiveness. The Program Coordinator leads staff training, onboarding, and ongoing development to support effective and high-quality, person-centered services. Essential Functions*: Lead orientation and training for new and existing staff, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed. Evaluate staff competencies and provide ongoing support through observations, feedback, and coaching. Identify training needs and collaborate with staff to develop skill-building plans. Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to foster professional growth. Support the development of individualized participant training plans and employment readiness strategies. Develop program training goals, objectives, and procedures to enhance overall effectiveness. Provide direct support to program participants as needed. Maintain the department training expiration database and coordinate staff enrollment in required training. Assists in the review of documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Complete health and safety documentation for the department. *Must be able to perform essential functions of this position with or without accommodations. Applying allows you to be considered. Education: Associate’s degree in human services or related field. Experience: 5 years of experience in the developmental disabilities service system. 4 years of direct instructional experience with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, preferably in an integrated and inclusive setting. Strong knowledge of service delivery systems, including regional centers and community integration. Preferred Education and Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field CPR/First Aid Certification Completion of person-centered thinking/planning training. Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in the role of leading, training, and mentoring staff.
