This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Program Coordinator in the United States. This role supports a multi-year, multi-platform initiative aimed at amplifying culturally rooted stories that inspire engagement and curiosity. You will work closely with program directors, storytellers, artists, faith and community leaders, and partner organizations to coordinate events, content, and communications. The position spans several program components including short documentaries, music, visual arts, digital media, and storytelling programs. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, managing logistics, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. This virtual role requires flexibility, occasional travel, and the ability to balance administrative and creative responsibilities in a collaborative environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential. \n Accountabilities Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings, events, and program activities, ensuring seamless logistics and follow-up. Support program directors in planning, executing, and monitoring project milestones across multiple components. Prepare and maintain program materials, including presentations, guides, and digital resources. Assist in reviewing and selecting stories or submissions according to established criteria. Maintain accurate records of meetings, participation, evaluations, and outcomes. Track financial transactions, assist with contracts, and support general administrative duties. Manage program communication platforms such as email, SharePoint, newsletters, and reporting systems. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and community members. Requirements Associate’s degree in Arts, Communication, Social Sciences, Divinity, Administration, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred). 3+ years of experience in program coordination, project management, or related roles; 5+ years preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Strong understanding of Hispanic cultural storytelling and Christian traditions. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with technology systems and program management tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and commitment to quality. Experience engaging with arts, faith-based, or community organizations is a plus.
