DESCRIPTION

$7,500 RETENTION BONUS The employee will receive half after completing 6 months of employment and the remaining half after 1 year of employment.
The Program Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a viable program that provides mobile crisis response services to individuals in the community. This position will be discussed in more depth during the interview.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.
• 1-3+ years of experience is required.
• Social security card
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and type 40+ wpm.
• Current/valid non-expired driver’s license. Will drive on behalf of the center. To meet driving qualifications, you must be minimum age of 21, and have an insurable driving record.
• Orientation is required for employment. There are 5 days of paid orientation held Monday-Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., 40 hours, plus on-call after-hours crisis. This will be discussed further during the interview.
