REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in public health, communications, social work, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in program coordination, training, or community engagement.
  • Experience working with the New Jersey’s Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) programs and benefits strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual or multilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and cultural sensitivity.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to see to read documents and hear well enough to communicate with others.
  • Must be able to write, type on a computer, and use a phone.
  • Must be able to operate a motor vehicle.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.
