Description

The Coordinator is accountable for the organization and execution of daily departmental operations for the Food & Nutrition Services (FANS) Department. Develops and implements plans that include managing employee customer service, quality improvement programs, and regulatory readiness processes. Assures that department caregivers are compliant with organization and department required regulations. Performs a variety of duties related to the maintenance and organization of the FANS department, which may include supervising patient tray line and cafeteria service, visiting patients, department scheduling and staffing, and opening/closing procedures. Diploma or GED * 1 year Lead or supervised multiple employees in a work setting. * 2 years Experience in Food Service.
