JOB SUMMARY

Quickparts is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Project Manager (Program Coordinator) to assist in the coordination and execution of manufacturing projects. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong knowledge of 3D printing and an eagerness to learn more about CNC machining and injection tooling. In this position, you’ll support smooth workflows from initial review to product delivery, collaborating closely with sales teams, production teams, and external vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 0–2 years of experience in project management, manufacturing, or engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of 3D printing processes and materials.
  • Willingness to learn about CNC machining and injection tooling.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills for cross-team coordination.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Basic proficiency in project management tools or ERP systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination & Quoting
  • Review RFQ details and assess manufacturability for 3D printing projects.
  • Collaborate with internal experts to evaluate CNC machining and injection molding feasibility.Assist in preparing accurate quotes by gathering information from internal teams and external vendors.


    • Project Execution & Communication

    • Help generate and process work orders, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
    • Monitor project progress and coordinate with production teams to ensure timelines are met.Provide basic production updates to customers, escalating concerns to senior team members when needed.


      • Logistics & Customer Satisfaction

      • Support the shipment process, ensuring products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
      • Collect customer feedback and relay it to senior project managers for continuous improvement.
