Description This position directs the Residential Rehabilitation Program in multiple locations, ensuring that they are guided by the organizations mission, values, ethics and organizational culture. It includes supervising the Residential Program County Managers, monitoring and evaluating program performance, and participating on CCI’s Leadership Team. This individual is responsible for processing referrals, performing initial assessments, and initiating intakes into RRP. Other responsibilities include but not limited to submission of authorizations for client services, periodic quality assurance reviews of written documentation, creating monthly productivity reports, managing operation of RRP within financial guidelines, and attending monthly Residential Service Committee Meetings. Requirements EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Prefer BA/BS in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work, or related field and at least three years positively referenced experience in Human Services. Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience required. Must be or agree to become a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner through the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association (PRA) within 6 months. FLSA/SCHEDULE: Full time- Exempt employee. Flexible based on program and client needs. Travel required to multiple program locations: Cambridge, Centreville, and Chestertown.
