WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

We’re looking for a candidate to join our team to support our live streamed classroom experience until May 2026. This role would involve guiding the team members for the on-site execution of the program, including client interactions and class management. This position will ensure improved student academic performance and client (school) satisfaction. This position will require some travel within the given region to school locations

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Program Coordinator (PC) is a critical role within the Customer Success team, responsible for managing day-to-day operations at assigned districts and schools. PCs serve as the primary on-the-ground representatives, interfacing with Points of Contact (POCs) and ensuring the successful implementation and support of our programs. This role allows Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to focus on program health and coordinating issue resolution with internal teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, customer success, or a related role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience coaching in an educational setting and/or working with school administration
  • Knowledge of customer success best practices
  • Experience with data analysis and/or instructional coaching
