$65,000.00 USD Annual

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

As a Program Coordinator Sr. for Workforce Development, you will help individuals and organizations invest in professional learning that delivers results. You will work closely with faculty, industry leaders, and community partners to deliver programs recognized worldwide for their interdisciplinary approach and real-world impact. This role also contributes to the design and growth of new initiatives in emerging technology fields, advancing workforce priorities that matter on both a national and global scale.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven ability to plan and deliver large-scale programs and events
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and communications strategies in professional or continuing education
  • Proficiency with digital platforms such as Canvas, Stova, Google Drive, Dropbox, MS Office, and database management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with faculty, staff, industry, and community partners
  • Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments where priorities can shift
Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver professional programs and events that support workforce development goals across engineering and technology fields
  • Support development of courses in asynchronous, hybrid, and live formats with global reach and real-world application
  • Coordinate workshops, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, scheduling, and participant communications
  • Develop and manage promotional materials and participant outreach to drive engagement
  • Assist with program and budget proposals, monitor expenditures, and ensure compliance with ASU and sponsor requirements
  • Build and maintain relationships with faculty, staff, industry, and community partners to advance program objectives
  • Prepare reports and evaluate program effectiveness to guide improvements and demonstrate impact
  • Contribute to a collaborative GOEE team environment that drives innovation in workforce development
