Handles independently a wide variety of standard, advanced, and confidential administrative program duties requiring broad experience, skill, and knowledge of organizational policies and practices. Coordinates and integrates services within the department and with other departments. Responsible for assisting physicians with daily operations Responsible for department specific projects as assigned (i.e. special events, mass mailings, training, etc.). Coordinates and organizes functions that may include logistics, catering, audio setup, and visual setup. Maintains safe conditions for patients, staff, and visitors Performs the administrative and secretarial responsibilities that are required to maintain the effective function of the department. Performs other duties as assigned. Supervisory/Management Responsibilities This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive. Minimum Requirements Education - High School diploma or equivalent Experience - Five (5) years of program coordinator experience in a related professional capacity.
