This includes coordinating, leading, planning and the execution of the programs for the organization and collaboration with other entities. REQUIREMENTS: Available to work two weekend days a month plus additional days as needed Fill time coverage Attend at least one team meeting & one marketing meeting per week Attend a weekly one-on-one with General Manager Must be able to work out of both WRTS location, Eagan & Woodbury Desk Operations oversight - Eagan Location: Maintain all staff training logs on desk operations. Maintain cleaning and safety checklists and delegation of tasks Train new staff on daily procedures. Answer phones calls and email inquires. Maintain a tidy and organized desk space Maintain an organized storage system Desk Operations oversight - Woodbury Location: Fac. Community relations/presence Coordinate with marketing and set promotions & assist with designing flyers Blog assignment Bi-weekly newsletter Oversight Awareness Months Maintain a calendar of external marketing opportunities Maintain appearance of onsite marketing – Eagan Loc. Consult clients about applicable programs for their needs Program Coordinator - Eagan & Woodbury locations: Create, Facilitate, and promote services, classes and special events Manage break-time enrollments Manage field trip and special group event bookings Managing resources Maintain FAQ resource binder for all ongoing programs Able to teach and trouble shoot any issues with Roller – Eagan Loc. Understand and effectively communicate the state funded resources to guests, staff, and case managers – Eagan Loc. Collection of feedback – from staff and clients
