Location - This role is hybrid with a mix of remote and in-person work at Enterprise Square. The Annual Giving Office at the University of Alberta is the building block for all private philanthropic support. The Annual Giving Office allows the University to pool support from multiple donors to meet the current and pressing needs of students and researchers in the faculties and the university as a whole. Reporting to the Senior Annual Giving Officer, the Annual Giving, Program Coordinator provides front line contact and service for annual donors, helps coordinate and produce multiple online giving vehicles and strategies, coordinates a complex Annual Giving calendar process, works with students on fundraising projects, and provides project and operational support for the Annual Giving unit. The Annual Giving, Program Coordinator also provides day to day program support to the Annual Giving team. The incumbent will be a fully participating member in all Annual Giving team meetings and the incumbent works collaboratively with Development and Alumni Relations colleagues, student groups, and various units across campus, while contributing to the overall direction of the annual giving strategy.
