Status: Part-Time Hourly                        FLSA classification: Non-Exempt Seasonal position to coordinate and facilitate an 8-week leadership summer program for New Brunswick youth between the ages of 14 to 18.  Summary of the Position: This position is responsible to provide support for the Middlesex County program and program director. * Program Coordinator should have a strong knowledge of the day-to-day operations of their program, particularly as it relates to contract compliance, service delivery, and the participants intake/referral process for services. * The work has less to do with general office duties than with assisting in the operation or administration of a local program/unit.   * Position will also perform Advocate duties. Applicant must be dependable, committed, and able to serve as a positive role model for youth in community, school, and home settings.  The position offers flexible hours, competitive weekly pay, and activity reimbursement.
