Status: Part Time Hourly                                FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Summary of the Position:  The Program Coordinator is responsible for direct support for Berks County Program.  * Program Coordinator should have a strong knowledge of the day-to-day operations of the program, particularly as it relates to contract compliance, service delivery, and the client intake/referral process for services. * This position oversees the Advocacy Services as it relates to the client case management and providing community outreach and support. * The work has less to do with general office duties than with assisting in the operation or administration of a local program/unit. Availability to work flexible hours up to 40 hours per week.  Qualifications/Requirements:  * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred * o Equivalent experience in a community-based agency may be accepted, unless a specific degree is required by a referring authority * Minimum of one (1) year of experience managing personnel and/or budgets * Experience providing home and community-based services * Experience working with at-risk youth and families * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems a plus * Bilingual (Spanish-Speaking) with a plus.  * Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance   Benefits Available:  * Voluntary Dental * Voluntary Vision * UNUM Supplemental Benefits * 403(b) Retirement Savings Plan. * Employee Assistance Program  * Pet Insurance * Direct Deposit * Competitive Weekly Pay * Flexible Schedule Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
