Imagine Therapeutic Services delivers high-quality, comprehensive services for community members with special needs. ITS provides individual homes and services including ABA therapy, community activities, life skills programming, and one-to-one in-home support. We’re not your typical gig; ITS is a family-run business with 150+ passionate employees, and our way of helping vulnerable youth and adults is anything but ordinary.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • · Strong written and oral communication skills and computer skills
  • · Current First Aid/CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
  • · Access to a reliable vehicle and Canadian Driver’s license is a must
  • · Ability to obtain a clear Vulnerable Sector Check
  • · Outstanding focus on member safety and care
  • · A strong understanding of mental health and appropriate therapeutic
  • responses are an extremely valuable assets
  • -Physical ability to support people, some with limited mobility. Able to carry, push and lift 25 lbs.
  • · Completion of Human Services Diploma (Developmental Services Worker, Child and Youth Worker, PSW etc.) from a recognized Community College or University
  • Schedules: Support shifts and 24 hr. shifts available depending on location
  • Education: Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma
  • Must have experience working with Autism
