Our Heartbeat Christian values permeate throughout the organization.  What you’ll do…  The Program Delivery Coordinator is responsible for supporting a country portfolio, with oversight from a Sr. Portfolio Manager, contributing to effective portfolio performance across Scope, Time, Budget, and Risk.  This role provides coordination and administrative support to ensure smooth portfolio operations and effective collaboration across the Program Delivery Team. Skills & Competencies * Ability to access and interpret dashboards and data from enterprise platforms, including data visualization, budgeting, and risk management tools (e.g., Power BI, Adaptive Planning, or similar systems). * Ability to self-manage a diverse and dynamic set of responsibilities, proactively solve problems and / or suggest viable solutions while advancing goals and objectives. * Spanish proficiency required for Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) portfolio assignment. * Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.  * Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience. * Ability to navigate and collaborate across Country Offices and global teams, demonstrating cultural awareness, organizational sensitivity, and sound judgment. * Strong written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information clearly and adapt messaging to diverse audiences across Country Offices and global teams. * Demonstrated computer-operating skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Salesforce, and virtual technologies such as Teams and/or Zoom. * Ability to sit/stand at a computer for up to 8 hours a day doing repetitive motions on a keyboard.  * Ability to travel up to 25% of time per year domestically and internationally, to insecure, low to middle income countries or locations.  Responsibilities * Support country portfolios, by providing project management and budgeting coordination. * Through the ecosystem approach, liaise with home office, business units, Country Offices (CO) to facilitate communication, track follow-up actions, and address bottlenecks as required. * Compliance coordination with the agreement management, risk, and compliance teams. * Coordinate the review and approval of country office and project budgets and annual operating plans.  * Track Program Delivery based on the Program Delivery criteria of Scope, Time, Budget, and Risk.  * Support Project and/or CO Start-Up and Close Out.  * Monitor the quality of COs programmatic reporting to donors.  * Support sub-award management – including deliverable tracking.  * Coordinate and collaborate on internal information gathering and/or dissemination.   * Support Country Offices with sponsorship operations. * Support Program Delivery Unit with operational and administrative matters related to effective and efficient program delivery.  * Assist in preparing and tracking the annual Program Delivery budget.  * Review project reports for quality submission. * Assist in the provision of portfolio information requested by stakeholders in a timely manner. * General support to the Program Delivery team. * Assist in developing written procedures for the various areas of the department. * Coordinate meetings, trainings and seminars as needed. * Other duties as assigned Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in international development, public administration, business administration or similar field preferred. * 2+ years of experience in project management, international development, and/or regional studies.  * Prior experience in a complex, matrixed organization, with the ability to work with country offices as well as home office units.
