Deaf Connect is seeking a Program Delivery Lead to drive the planning, implementation, and close-out of externally funded projects. In this 12-month fixed-term role, reporting to the Manager, Organisation Growth and Impact, you’ll collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders and make a meaningful impact on the lives of Deaf and Hard of hearing Australians.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable impact for the community.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Apply project management best practices to structure and deliver initiatives successfully
Lead the full lifecycle of externally funded projects - from inception to close-out
Stakeholder engagement and community consultation with the Deaf and Hard of hearing community
Development of online training resources, including videos and guides
Promote and increase awareness of Deaf Connect projects
Collaborate with management to monitor, track and report project progress
