PRIMARY DETAIL Annual base salary from $99,161 - $109,457 (HEW 6) plus 17% superannuation and leave loading. About the Role At Macquarie University, we are committed to preparing graduates for a rapidly evolving global workforce. Our Graduate Futures programs are designed to empower students through career development, leadership training, global education, and work-integrated learning experiences. We are seeking 2 x Program Delivery Officers to join our dynamic team and play a key role in assisting in delivering these programs. As a Program Delivery Officer, you will be at the forefront of hands-on program facilitation and implementation, ensuring that students gain practical, real-world experiences that complement their academic learning. Reporting to the Manager, Experiential Education, you will: Deliver and coordinate Graduate Futures programs focused on career readiness, leadership development, global exchange, and lifelong learning. Collaborate with academic staff (Course Directors and Unit Convenors) to tailor programs to faculty-specific needs and align with curriculum objectives. Engage students directly, leading activities and workshops that foster participation, confidence, and employability skills. Manage logistics and resources, ensuring smooth execution of programs, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and partner coordination. Build strong partnerships with industry, government, and international universities to create integrated learning opportunities. Monitor quality and compliance, ensuring programs meet University standards, risk management protocols, and regulatory obligations. Collect and analyse feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve program delivery and impact. About You You are an organised, proactive professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about creating impactful educational experiences. You bring strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and compliance. You enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders and have a genuine commitment to student success. Proven ability to work collaboratively with academic staff, including Course Directors and Unit Convenors, ensuring programs are tailored to meet educational objectives and faculty needs. Strong skills in engaging with a diverse range of participants, providing support and leadership in educational activities to foster an engaging learning environment. Experience in handling the logistical aspects of program delivery, including coordinating resources and managing schedules to ensure the smooth execution of programs.
