Description
The Program Development and Resource Mobilization Manager will lead and coordinate new business development and strategic resource mobilization efforts across Save the Children Cambodia and Save the Children Laos, with a particular focus on opportunity identification, proposal development, and cross-border programme development.    The role will support both Country Offices to expand and diversify their funding portfolios in alignment with their respective Country Strategic Plans and regional priorities. The postholder will lead the identification and pursuit of strategic funding opportunites, coordinate multi-country proposal development processes, and ensure both Country Offices adhere to Save the International’s mandated New Business Development (NBD) processes and system, including Go/No Go (GNG), opportunity tracking, pipeline management, donor engagement planning, and proposal development planning.    The post holder will also serve as the senior NBD focal point for donor and Member engagement, support strategic positioning with institutional donors, Member Offices, and potential consortium partners, while promoting opportunities for cross-border and multi-country programming between Cambodia and Laos. 
Responsibilities
