Description The Program Director of the Coastal LEAD Agency is a strategic, mission-driven leader responsible for overseeing all program operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, supervising staff, and maintaining compliance with funding and regulatory requirements. What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference... Provide support and resources for the Department of Children and Families (DCF) staff Supervise, mentor, and evaluate program staff Partnering and collaborating with Area DCF Coastal Area Office Maintain policies and procedures for safety and well-being that are consistent with the standards of the Department Ongoing communication with DCF teams to ensure that they have access to community and Lead Agency resources.
