Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Program Director at Les Peters Youth Academy in Tampa, Florida currently-however we are seeking applicants from St. Petersburg, FL area as our site will be re-locating✨ Les Peters Academy is a moderate-risk residential commitment program for female youth aged 14 to 19. This program provides youth with comprehensive care, treatment, supervision, and evidence-based intensive mental health services. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling, while in the program. A youth’s length of stay is determined by the youth's assessed risk to reoffend, their progress in reducing applicable criminogenic needs and risk factors, and the completion of their individualized treatment plan.
