SUMMARY

The Program Director, Interiors directs the Interior Design and Relocation Services team in the BGIS Direct business unit. Specific responsibilities include but not limited to: supporting the Interior Design/Relocation Program Managers in the development of planning, business strategy, executing product line business strategy, business development, achieving profitability targets, continuous improvement, meeting service delivery obligations and client relationship management.
The Program Director works closely with other product line leads and Account Teams and partners to proactively drive innovation, resolve issues and identify opportunities for growth of the business while focusing on continuous improvement. Creates and supports an integrated delivery model which is seamless to the client – One BGIS.
Provides Business Development for the development and growth for the BGIS Direct Design/Build product line.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • University degree preferably in business administration with 10+ years or relevant experience.
  • Exceptionally-skilled at managing businesses along with significant related experience and exceptional business acumen.
  • Well-developed financial management abilities along with advanced financial acumen.
  • Highly skilled service delivery management abilities with proven record in achieving service delivery objectives and meeting client obligations.
  • Highly skilled at communicating with, negotiating, influencing and persuading others to achieve desired outcomes including individuals at the executive level.
  • Highly skilled at building relationships with client representatives at the senior management to executive level along with related experience.
  • Exceptional client service orientation.
  • Highly skilled at leading, engaging, motivating, managing, developing, attracting and retaining individuals.
  • Highly skilled at managing vendor performance.
  • Possesses a continuous improvement and quality mindset along with a very high desire to continuously seek and incorporate innovative practices.
  • Highly skilled at managing communication to satisfy the needs of and resolve issues with stakeholders.
  • Highly skilled at managing conflict and gaining stakeholder trust to foster good relations.
  • Highly skilled at adapting to new, different or changing requirements, quickly grasps new concepts, adapts and reflects on lessons learned. A very high degree of comfort with ambiguity. Exceptionally adept at analyzing, evaluating and defining problems and challenges, identifying alternatives and making timely decisions.
