We are looking for a Program Director with a strong background in industrial engineering and automation and/or other complex integrated operations, who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality, reliable solutions.

ADDITIONALLY, YOU’LL NEED THESE TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain or maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
  • Travel up to 25% to support program sites, customer meetings, or industry engagements.

Responsibilities

THIS JOB IS ONSITE/IN-OFFICE EACH DAY. YOU’LL ALSO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Lead Program operations from contract award through closeout, ensuring performance across cost, schedule, technical, and quality objectives.
  • Direct the development of planning across subsystems and functions that feed financial systems and the Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
  • Manage performance on both prime and subcontract relationships, ensuring data deliverables and technical milestones are met or exceeded.
  • Oversee program EAC development and accuracy in coordination with team leads and provide monthly forecasting outputs for executive review.
  • Drive accountability for program performance metrics through formal reviews, risk analysis, and mitigation planning.
  • Partner with leadership on budgeting, resource planning, and contract profitability tracking.
  • Serve as the primary executive interface with U.S. Government customers, including DoD program offices, Contracting Officers, and Contracting Officer Representatives.
  • Lead and support Program Management Reviews and other contractual engagements.
  • Support digital integration of program and operations data for improved insight, responsiveness, and audit readiness.
  • Mentor and develop program managers, project leads, and functional contributors with a focus on execution rigor and compliance-first culture.
