Role: Program Director Location: Hong Kong About the role: OLIVER is seeking a Program Director to join a high-profile account for a Fortune 500 financial services firm. This global account has already seen growth and is continuing to expand. The Global Program Director is responsible for the growth and profitability of the business, through monitoring cost control and driving solutions for constant improvement and operational processes. These include resourcing talent and training, driving our proprietary workflow system and overall business management. This role requires fluency in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus). What you will be doing: This dedicated team is comprised of project managers, creative and digital designers, developers, and video producers. The team also partners closely with Japan, Shanghai, India, and our global counter-parts in US and UK. As the Program Director, you will play a pivotal leadership role in overseeing the management and production of digital and print products across Asia. You'll be at the forefront of orchestrating corporate websites, digital campaigns, newsletters, email flyers, e-Learning modules, banner images, and graphics. On the print front, you'll also oversee creation and production of posters, flyers, brochures, newsletters, signage, and event/campaign collateral, including communications for major holidays. Developing and implementing processes that promote high standard work, satisfies the agency’s requirements but also allows for efficient client servicing Strategically oversee and optimize daily operations, ensuring efficient execution of all projects. This involves coordinating resource allocation, streamlining workflows, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity and align with both organizational objectives and client expectations.
