Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible. Job Description: We are looking for an Program Director to oversee a major program in Saudi Arabia. The Program Director shall provide leadership and guidance to a team of program directors, program managers, construction and commercial directors and managers. The program is comprised of both airside and landside projects, including terminal buildings and airport facilities. They shall be responsible for the on-budget, on-budget delivery of the program and in accordance with the contractual obligations, and plan and define program goals and lead the strategies and methodologies to accomplish them; develops in-depth knowledge of client objectives, contract terms, and corporate policies. What you'll be doing Provides leadership, direction, and management for every phase of the project, ensuring on- schedule completion within budget and in accordance with contractual obligations. Acts as the company representative with Client Senior Management and other delivery partners during the project execution and the focal point of contact. Develops Client strategic objectives and acts promptly to resolve contentions with the Clients and Stakeholders. Responsible for the development of implementation plans, risk management plans, quality plans, delivery partner plans, contract templates and overall program goals. Responsible for the overall delivery and execution of the program including safety, quality, and Parsons staff performance. Negotiates changes to the scope of work with the client. Manages Program budgets, procurement strategies and cashflow. Proactive leadership and management of key senior stakeholders and their expectations. What you'll bring: Excellent oral and written communication skills, including submissions and presentations to c-suite level. Proven stakeholder management skills to c-suite and national representation levels e.g., Minster level interactions. Proven record of accomplishment as successful Executive role in Airport and Infrastructure Construction Projects. Twenty (20) or more year experience in the construction industry. Large International Airport experience. Experience in Collaborative Project Management or Delivery Partnerships. Advanced negotiation and problem-solving skills. University bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or similar field required. Project Management or Construction Management certification or registration University MSc level degree desirable GCC experience is appreciated.
