This role is accountable for the end‑to‑end delivery of Westpac’s Planview enterprise portfolio management platform, a critical capability supporting how we govern, prioritise and track investment across the Group. You’ll lead the delivery of a foundational Planview release, setting up the core capabilities, data integrity and operating model required for long‑term success. Working closely with senior leaders across Technology, Finance, Transformation and the business, you’ll ensure the platform is implemented in a way that enables better decision‑making, transparency and adoption. This is a full‑time role based in Sydney, operating within a complex, enterprise environment and partnering with both internal teams and strategic vendors Responsibilities include:  In this role, you’ll be accountable for leading complex delivery and setting the foundations for long‑term success, including: * Owning the end‑to‑end delivery of the Planview enterprise portfolio management platform, ensuring outcomes align to agreed scope, sequencing and foundational objectives * Leading the delivery of a foundational Planview release, establishing core capabilities, data integrity and an operating model that supports future scale and maturity * Setting and maintaining strong delivery governance, including scope control, dependency management, risk and issue management, and clear escalation pathways * Partnering closely with senior stakeholders across Technology, Finance, Transformation and the business to drive alignment, adoption and effective decision‑making * Overseeing program financial management, including cost estimates, forecasting, budget control and benefits tracking, to ensure delivery remains viable and predictable * Providing strategic vendor and partner leadership, including commercial oversight, performance management and resolution of delivery issues * Ensuring a smooth transition from delivery into business‑as‑usual, including operational readiness, capability uplift and clear handover of accountabilities * Collaborative leadership and supporting delivery teams to perform effectively in a complex, high‑change environment   What do I need? To thrive in this role, you’ll bring deep delivery experience, strong judgement and a collaborative leadership approach, including: * Extensive experience leading large, complex programs of $20million and above on an end‑to‑end basis, with multiple delivery streams, significant interdependencies and high levels of change, ensuring outcomes are delivered within agreed scope, time and budget * Strong governance, financial and risk management capability, including setting clear delivery guardrails, managing budgets and forecasts, and proactively identifying, escalating and resolving risks and issues * Proven ability to engage, influence and align senior stakeholders, working confidently across Technology, Finance, Transformation and business portfolios to drive shared understanding, adoption and decision‑making * Experience working with enterprise portfolio or program management tooling (such as Planview) or experience with large scale implementations. * A collaborative and inclusive leadership style, with experience leading diverse teams and external partners, role‑modelling accountability and supporting teams through complex delivery and transition into business‑as‑usual Why join us?
