We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Director to drive the successful execution and growth of our Data and AI transformation programs. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects at top-tier consulting firms. This is a unique opportunity to own the end-to-end delivery of our most strategic client engagements while also shaping and expanding our Data and AI offerings.

Job responsibilities

Delivery Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Data and AI transformation programs. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, exceeding client expectations.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with C-level executives and key client stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related matters and proactively manage risks and issues.
Team and Program Management: Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Oversee resource allocation, project timelines, and budget management across multiple engagements.
Growth and Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for program expansion and new business within existing accounts. Partner with the sales and solution teams to contribute to proposals, statements of work, and go-to-market strategies for Data and AI services.

Job qualifications

Technical Skills

15+ years of professional experience, with at least 8+ years in a leadership role at a consulting and/or engineering firm.

Professional Skills

Proven success in leading and delivering multi-million dollar, multi-year programs.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong business acumen and a track record of driving business growth.
Nice to have: deep expertise in Data and AI transformation, including data strategy, cloud data platforms, machine learning, and advanced analytics.
Nice to have: bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree or MBA.
