Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage major programs and project portfolios in line with strategic and operational objectives.
• Develop program strategies, implementation plans, and integrated delivery frameworks.
• Apply Program/Portfolio Management and PMO methodologies.
• Develop and manage the overall Master Program Schedule from design through handover.
• Integrate projects across schedule, cost, quality, and deliverables.
• Establish governance, controls, KPIs, and performance monitoring systems.
• Oversee risk management, mitigation plans, contracts, tenders, claims, and variations.
• Lead multidisciplinary technical and administrative teams.
