WHO WE ARE:

We are an Adult Day Program with facilities in Orange and Los Angeles County. We have been serving a community with developmental disabilities since 1998 and take great pride in the care and services we provide. We are currently looking to fill in a Program Director Position in Anaheim, CA.
We provide services to adults with developmental disabilities who wish to enhance their lives through vocational skills development and meaningful interactions with peers and members of the community. We expect those who join us to help us continue to make a difference in people’s lives.
Compensation: $31 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day
Morning Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Where: 1147 N Anaheim Blvd., Anaheim, CA 92801

• Oversee program operations and ensure they are within guidelines outlined in Titles 17 and 22 as well as the Regional Center’s policies and procedures.
• Manage case managers and LVN to ensure program goals are met.
• Employ and work collaboratively with other management staff to train and supervise direct care staff.
• Ensure accuracy of employment records and training compliance
• Maintain client census
• Attend all required meetings, which may include annual meetings for clients.
• Process referrals and conduct intakes.
• Review and document all special incidents and report to the appropriate agencies.
• Design and supervise client assessments and the creation of individual service plans.
• Review and monitor progress on data collection and client goals for increased independence.
• Monitor the progress of participant development on Therap..
• Coordinate with the consultants and nurse on issues, updates, or reports.
