PROGRAM DIRECTOR

All new Program Directors who successfully complete the background check process will receive a $1,000 signing bonus.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field (required).
Master’s degree in a human services discipline strongly preferred.
Licensure in area of expertise (as required by program).

EXPERIENCE:

At least 5 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and high support needs.
Proven experience in a residential group home or similar setting.
Prior leadership/supervisory experience required.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with investigations, customized rate criteria, and compliance monitoring.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage complex behavioral/medical situations with confidence and empathy.
Certifications: CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration Training (MAT), and any other state-mandated certifications.

Zuriel LLC is seeking an experienced and compassionate Program Director to oversee operations at one of our Residential Group Homes serving adults with developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs, and complex care requirements. This role is both strategic and hands-on — ensuring that residents receive safe, effective, and person-centered supports while maintaining compliance with state licensing, Medicaid, and organizational standards.
As the Program Director, you’ll lead staff, oversee individualized care plans, coordinate with external providers, and drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork.
