We are now accepting applications for a Program Enhancement Coordinator Assistant position at The Centre for Learning @ HOME, for Medicine Hat Area. This position runs concurrent with the school calendar. This is a Part-time position, 15 hours per week on average and is temporary for the school year 2024-2025 until the end of June 2025.The Program Enhancement Coordinator Assistant will support the coordination and delivery of events and physical education activities for homeschooling students. This position includes facilitating both in-person and online activities, serving the Medicine Hat area.Key Responsibilities: Assist in the organization and execution of student events and activities.Collaborate with the Program Enhancement Coordinator to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations.Help prepare monthly newsletters and reports using technology.Travel within the Medicine Hat area to support events and activitiesQualifications: Training or experience in Recreation or related fields.Experience working with youth.Basic first aid certification.Proficiency in technology for reporting and communication would be an asset.Reliable transportation with appropriate insurance, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driver’s abstract.As a publicly funded Catholic School District, our schools and job locations are infused with the Catholic Faith.
