JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Min Diploma in any discipline.
• Min 3 years and above in program and or project management experience in supply chain industry.
• Good interpersonal skills and good customer orientation.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Good judgment & decision making.
• Able to travel for business or project if required.

• Serve as the primary contact for key accounts or support the Program Manager in managing these accounts.
• Establish rapport and explore new business opportunities by regularly visiting customers to understand their needs and provide sales support.
• Ensure that committed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and fulfilled.
• Collaborate with the team to meet customer expectations.
• Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, profitability, account receivables, and inventory holding.
• Provide updates on supported accounts.
• Analyse existing account opportunities and threats.
• Manage projects, including planning and execution.
• Oversee New Product Introduction (NPI) implementations, including quotations, planning, and execution.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties / projects which may be required from time to time.
