PROGRAM FACILITATOR (FULL-TIME REGULAR AND FULL-TIME TERM)

POSITION TYPE: 1 Full-Time Regular and 1 Full-Time Term Positions Available (anticipated August 25, 2025 up to March 31, 2028)
SALARY: $51,573 - $72,573 per annum
POSITION LOCATION: Notre Dame Campus (Winnipeg, MB)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
Reporting to the Associate Dean, Health and Community Services, the Program Facilitator works in partnership with the Chairs covering the following programs: Allied Health, Life Sciences, Dental Assisting and Veterinary Technology. The successful candidate(s) will provide student and program support with the overall focus and goal of student success by working collaboratively to provide program maintenance, support and promotion. The Program Facilitator is responsible for updating digital media sites, course materials, and the Learning Management System (LMS). The position is also responsible for scheduling, database updates, and assisting with various HR, budgeting and financial processes. Through effective communication, the position works collaboratively with students to resolve questions and issues related to programs, and with faculty, other departments and external organizations.
