JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Workshop Facilitator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and impactful workshops, both in-person and virtually, to First Nation communities nationwide. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in equipping individuals with valuable life and work skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in facilitation, public speaking, or teaching.
  • Knowledge of First Nations communities in Canada.
  • Valid G driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Comfortable driving in unfamiliar and remote locations.
  • Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to think quickly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable and committed to honoring engagements and commitments.
  • Must be able to provide a clean criminal record check/vulnerable sector check.
  • Must be drug and alcohol free.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate workshops on various life and work skills topics to First Nation communities.

  • Provide regular reports during and after workshops to management regarding workshop progress, participant engagement, and any notable observations.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve workshop content and delivery methods.
