SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate Program Facilitator to join our team in Hamilton, Ontario. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing programs that empower children and youth, aligning with our mission to foster independence and communication skills.

DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS TAILORED TO THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND YOUTH.

• Manage staff and volunteers effectively to ensure program success.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions, utilizing strong public speaking skills.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance program offerings through feedback and data collection.
• Oversee project management tasks to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
• Engage with the community to promote programs through marketing strategies.
• Provide leadership support within the organization, fostering a positive environment for staff and volunteers.
• Maintain administrative records related to program activities.

PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT OR PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT IS ESSENTIAL.

• Strong public speaking abilities and experience in teaching or facilitation.
• Familiarity with project management principles is preferred.
• Leadership skills that inspire teamwork and collaboration.
• Background in social work or related fields is a plus.
