Your new role

Hays is seeking Financial Analysts and Program Finance Officers across APS4 to EL1 equivalent levels for contract opportunities based in Canberra.

Depending on your experience and level, you may be responsible for:

• Program and project budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
• Monitoring budgets, expenditure, commitments and financial performance
• Monthly financial reporting, variance analysis and financial dashboards
• Supporting procurement, resource management and financial administration
• Providing analysis and advice to support program and portfolio decisions
• Preparing financial information, briefs and reporting for senior stakeholders
• Identifying financial risks, trends and opportunities for improvement
• Partnering with program, project and portfolio teams to support delivery

The scope ranges from financial support and administrative processing at APS4 through to budget maintenance and reporting at APS5, management of budgets and financial analysis at APS6, and broader program and portfolio responsibilities at EL1.
