ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION DETAILS

  • $27.50- $35.50/ hour
  • Potential 90-day performance-based raise
  • Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure
    Job Description
    Implement pricing requests, troubleshoot questions as they pertain to program/contract business. Evaluate margin, update internal pricing methodologies, maintain customer portals, calculate rebates. Reports to the Contract Implementation and Data Integrity Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (any combination of the following job duties):

  • Coordinate with DC teams to establish pricing, margin review, and improvements needed for program business. Set up bids and pricing cadence - onboard to complete with weekly tasks. Collaborate with teams to map proper codes for contract compliance.
  • Create new bids, PAD codes, and group pricing for program customers; add/maintain as needed. Evaluate and delete after a period of inactivity
  • Run reporting and evaluate High POs. Calculate weekly bids, and update pricing on bids/PAD codes weekly or as needed. Maintain conversion bids, update customer portals.
  • Pull and analyze customer sales and calculate rebate based on customer rebate agreement for program customers.
  • Efficiency in extraction of Tableau/Dashboard, BOSaNOVA and Portal reporting for a multitude of tasks/duties. Respond to internal and external customers for custom reporting, utilizing Supervisor for assistance.
  • Provide analysis and details as needed for Program business performance reviews.
  • Provide support during new customer and/or new regions implementations and rollouts.
  • Must work positively and collaboratively between multiple departments and/or divisions to problem solve as needed. Collaborate with external partners as needed for pricing, reporting, and rebates.
  • All employees are responsible for food safety and are expected to notify the appropriate manager, supervisor, or key personnel if they witness any compromise to food safety or food quality

Qualifications

DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Intermediate excel knowledge required. Intermediate Microsoft Suite and Computer Program use and formula creation required.
  • Intermediate analysis preferred. Heavily involved in Tableau reporting, excel validations, and pricing/reporting calculations.
  • AS400 experience preferred.
  • Basic understanding of contract terminology.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced work environment and a willingness to help all members of the department.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Produce knowledge a plus!
  • Basic interpersonal skills for building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with some supervision.
