Position: Program Integrity Investigations Specialist
Compensation: $75,000–$85,000
Employment Type: Full-time

Reports To: Chief Compliance Officer

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in program auditing, quality assurance, compliance, or regulatory oversight.
  • In-depth knowledge of DDD standards, Investigation Methods, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage, track, and investigate all internal incident reports, including those reportable to state regulatory agencies.
  • Conduct interviews, collect evidence, and analyze facts to determine root causes and policy implications.
  • Prepare comprehensive investigative reports with clear findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure corrective actions are implemented and monitored.
