Description
About the Role Looking for a Program Intern to support the Intensive Foundation Design (IFD) program. IFD is a rigorous self-discovery journey that helps potential founders explore their identity and intrinsic motivations before committing to Reapra's methodology - Mastery by Co-creating with Society (MCCwS). This is a part-time, remote role (up to 10 hours per week) for an initial 1-month period. About Reapra Launched in 2014, Reapra is on a mission to co-create future industries for the betterment of society. Unlike traditional venture capital, we take a "Research and Practice" approach, focusing on developing the founder before the business. We partner with mission-driven individuals to solve complex, long-term systemic challenges through a journey of personal mastery. Our goal is to build businesses that are not only profitable but contribute meaningfully to the world over the next 10–30 years. Role Details Commitment: Up to 10 hours per week (Remunerated on an hourly basis). Location: Fully Remote (Targeting SG, TW, or AU). Duration: 1 month initial (Opportunity to extend). Key Responsibilities Data Operations: Maintain qualitative and quantitative logs of candidate progress and research insights to ensure our decision-making is data-backed. Candidate Coordination: Manage email outreach and follow-ups to schedule discovery calls and bookings for potential founders entering the IFD pipeline. Methodology Research: Research and synthesize theories related to identity, self-discovery, and meta-learning that frame IFD as a process. This may include reviewing literature or conducting calls with existing participants and/or practitioners. Eligibility: High levels of interest in related topics: You have a strong interest in Psychology, Philosophy, Education, or Entrepreneurship. Comfort with abstractness: You enjoy exploring complex human concepts like "intrinsic motivation" and "identity," but can still keep organized records. Reliable Communicator: You are professional and empathetic in written communication—essential for the "high-touch" nature of founder discovery. Regional Context: You are based in Singapore, Taiwan, or Australia. Independent: You thrive in a low-supervision, high-trust environment. Mindset: Open mindset with willingness to learn is prioritised
