Job Description Due to the scale, complexity and schedule requirements, a 'sub-programme' (within the overall Infrastructure Programme) requires a dedicated leadership role, to provide the necessary focus and support required to ensure a successful outcome, and to support the various stakeholders in the day to day execution of the programme. This role will report directly into the Programme Delivery Executive. The role will focus on leading the programme, consisting of the component projects that make it up. The role will lead the team of Heads of Project, and focus on implementation of the ways of working required to delivery the sub-programme.
