This role supports and leads the delivery of corporate change initiatives, including T+1 Accelerated Settlement and Asset Services projects. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timelines, while ensuring alignment with regulatory, governance, and compliance standards. Working closely with program sponsors, operations, and technology teams, you will define project scope, manage resources, and coordinate cross-functional delivery. Responsibilities include developing project plans, tracking milestones, preparing governance materials, and delivering senior stakeholder reporting. You will identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and drive operational excellence across global initiatives, including platform migrations and regulatory change. The role also focuses on continuous improvement, leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance reporting, forecasting, and decision-making, while supporting effective change adoption. Responsibilities: Assists with defining program controls, processes, procedures, reporting cadence, decision governance structures, and ways of working with key stakeholders. Partners closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new change initiatives. Supports the execution of defined tasks through tracking of program milestones and their statuses, developing program plans, and measuring progress against ongoing key performance indicators. Analyzes, evaluates, and overcomes program risks and produces program reports for managers and stakeholders. Identifies key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors to perform in alignment with the program objectives. Works with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department, leading them to negotiate decision making for efficient and effective resolution. Meets with stakeholders to provide transparency into project issues and decisions on services, builds positive relationships, asks questions, and uses tools to uncover root causes to challenges, identify opportunities, and make recommendations. Skills: Have experience in project and programme management, delivering initiatives from planning through to execution. Effectively manage and engage stakeholders, building strong relationships across all levels. Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues to ensure successful outcomes. Contribute to strategic planning and support the delivery of key business objectives. Analyse data and produce clear, insightful reports to support decision-making. Design and simplify processes to improve efficiency and business performance. Apply recognised methodologies including Agile, PRINCE2, and PMP to structure delivery. ·Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and JIRA for planning, tracking, and reporting. Communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of audiences. Deliver confident and engaging presentations to stakeholders and leadership teams. Prioritise tasks effectively, managing competing demands and deadlines. Use advanced problem-solving skills to analyse challenges and deliver practical solutions.
