Employment Type: Full Time – Exempt (Up to June 2026)
Position Classification: Health Manager Level 4
Remuneration: $141,974.00 - $169,151.00 per annum, plus superannuation and 17.5% leave loading
Hours Per Week: 38

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience managing projects with quality and performance improvement objectives and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience with clinician engagement and stakeholder engagement and using data for change
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and relevant understanding and experience working within the NSW Health system or other health systems, in particular, experience working with clinicians
  • Experience in critically appraising research and interpreting clinical and population health data and information
Responsibilities

Manage, implement, monitor and co-ordinate the Clinician Engagement and System Performance program. Monitoring all aspects of the program strategies, activities and infrastructure.
In addition, to engage with the health community to ensure programs meet identified needs and realise maximum benefits for the health sector.
